Amazon Gunz Terms of Service

You agree, through your use of these forums, that you will not post any material which is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise in violation of ANY law, as by the United States. You also agree not to post any copyrighted material, claiming it as you own. Spam, flooding, advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are also entirely inappropriate, and are an offense that is punishable, on these forums. You will not provide false pictures/links in your signature/posts. Please note that this is an English based site. We would like you to not only use English, but also use it correctly, as it is hard for others to understand what you are saying if you cannot convey your message in a clear, and concise manner, unless posting inside of one of our "Other Languages" section.

Note that it is impossible for us to confirm all of the validity of posts on these forums. Remember that although we try, we cannot completely monitor all posts, signatures, and messages; we are not responsible for their content. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any information presented. The messages express the views of the author(poster), not necessarily the views of these forums. Anyone who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to notify an Administrator, Head Game Manager, or Forum Moderator immediately. We have the rights to remove ANY objectionable content, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary. Creating or having multiple forum accounts (so called "alt" (alternative) accounts) is not allowed, such accounts will be banned instantly.

After you register and log onto Amazon World, you can fill out a detailed profile. It is your responsibility to present clean and accurate information. Any information we deem inaccurate or vulgar will be removed at the discretion of the Moderator.

Please note that with each post, your IP address is recorded, in the event that you need to be banned from Amazon World or your Internet Service Provider contacted. This will only happen in the event of a major violation of this agreement.

You are solely responsible for any and all attachments that you post to this forum. You may not post files to this forum which contain copyrighted material that you do not have permission from the author to post. We also ask that you not post any links to other sites that offer the games that we currently offer. All rules here apply to Amazon World, its Shoutbox including XAT Shoutboxes

Only the Head Forum Moderator's and Administrator's are allowed to edit the Terms of Service. Anyone else attempting to do so will either have their powers stripped or suffer an immense punishment.

By having an Account on Amazon World:

- You acknowledge to have fully read the rules provided;
- You commit yourself to respect unreservedly these current rules;
- You grant the Moderator's of this forum the right to delete, move or edit any discussion subject at any moment.
-You will refrain from posting generic replies(i.e. lol, welcome back, k, hi, bye, etc...), or replies with one to three words in them. If you cannot make the effort to post a decent and thoughtful reply multiple times, you will be reprimanded.

-You promise to respect ALL members of the Staff(full list can be reviewed here.), and if you choose to be insubordinate, you risk punishment seen fit by the Board of Head Staff, or any of its individual members.
-You will keep problems with other members in-game, and shan't bring them onto these Forums; this includes but is not limited to: Ego'ing, Flaming, Raging, Cursing, and being insubordinate UNLESS in the proper Rage/Ego section, and it doesn't involve members who have chosen to not be involved in said section.
-You acknowledge that the violation of the Terms of Service is now punishable by law within the United States, and if provoked, the site owner has your consent to take you to court in the United States for violation.
-You also agree to not create or use an Account to override another Account suspension or banning.

Any staff member of MAIET Entertainment, Inc., its partners, affiliates, etc. and anyone wishing to supply said parties with information are explicitly forbidden from accessing our server and our website. Doing so would be a direct violation of the Information Privacy Laws, and could possibly have legal repercussions.

By playing on this server and visiting our website, you agree to not supply MAIET Entertainment, Inc., its partners, affiliates, etc. and anyone wishing to supply said parties with information about our server and our site. Doing so is grounds for immediate expulsion from the server and site.
